A delicious vegan pistachio crinkle dessert made with filo pastry, condensed milk, and vegan double cream. topped with crushed pistachios and icing sugar, this dessert is perfect for any occasion.

Instructions
Scrunch the filo up in a greased baking tray and brush with melted butter. bake at 180°c for 20-25 minutes. or until crispy and golden. pour over the condensed milk and cream and bake for a further 10-20 minutes. crush pistachios and sprinkle them over the finished dessert along with a dusting of icing sugar. allow to cool but serve slightly warm and enjoy!
