Instructions
1. in a mixing bowl, mix banana until smooth. 2. In a separate bowl, add 1/2 the sugar, yeast, honey & warm water. let sit for 5 mins. 3. In a stock pot, add butter, rest of the sugar, salt & milk. scald the milk mixture, then remove from heat and set aside to cool partially. 4. Add the yeast mixture to the banana mixture, then slowly add the milk mixture. 5. Mix in 1/2 a cup of flour at a time. once all incorporated, mix for an additional 3 minutes. 6. On a floured surface, work the dough lightly and roll out to approx 9x12”. 7. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon & butter together and spread on the rolled out dough. 8. Roll up, cut into 9 slices, and place in a buttered 9”x11” baking dish. 9. Cover with saran wrap and a towel, let rise for approx 1hr. 10. Remove the towel & seran wrap, pour 1 cup of heavy cream on the cinnamon rolls. 11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35mins. 12. Mix all frosting ingredients in a bowl until smooth and spread on the baked cinnamon rolls.
