These delicious and healthy bounty bars are gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan. they taste like the real deal and are perfect for a quick snack.
desiccated coconut
full fat coconut milk
maple syrup/honey/agave syrup
dark chocolate
1. in a large bowl mix the coconut, coconut milk and maple syrup 2. If it’s too wet, slowly add more desiccated coconut. 3. Shape the mixture into small logs and arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment. pop in freezer for 10-15 min. 4. In the meantime melt the chocolate in the microwave. 5. Dip each bounty bar into melted chocolate and arrange onto a lined baking tray 6. Refrigerate until set. store in fridge for up to 5 days
