Instructions
1. preheat oven to 425f (220c). 2. Rinse and drain 2 cans of cannellini beans. 3. Toss beans with 2-3 tbsp evoo, 1 tsp salt & pepper to taste, and toppings (finely chopped rosemary & tajin spice). 4. Bake for 35-45 minutes until crispy. 5. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing ¼ cup tahini, 3 tbsp acv, and ¼ tsp tajin spice.
