Instructions
1. make holes using a knife, rub the lamb leg with salt and black pepper, and olive oil, add garlic cloves. 2. in a large bowl, mix yogurt, with dry ingredients salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon powder and cardamom, rosemary, ginger zest. rub the meat. 3. put the lamb leg, in a oven bag, add the mixture sauce (yogurt and spices), add vegetables (onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, carrots, tomatoes) and olive oil. 4. preheat the oven to 200°c and place rack in the centre or before last rack. 5. cook for minimum 2 hours and a half to 3 hours. 6. serve immediately with rice aside and fried nuts.
