Instructions
Combine blueberry filling ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for around 10 minutes. make the cream cheese icing by whisking the ingredients together in a bowl. prepare the dough by adding yeast to luke warm milk, then adding eggs, sugar, and salt. add flour and knead with a dough hook. let it rise for an hour. roll out the dough, spread the filling, and cut into buns. let them rise again for 45 minutes. bake at 200 °c (fan only) for 20 minutes, covering with foil after 15 minutes. let them cool down before spreading on the cream cheese frosting.
