A delicious and healthy vegan cake made with dates and walnuts. perfect for a nutritious snack or dessert.

Instructions
Heat up milk in a saucepan.
Then soak dates for at least 30min in the warm milk.
Add the date & milk mixture to a blender/food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
Add the paste into a bowl and combine with all other cake ingredients.
Bake at 180°c for 45min (preferably in 20x20 cm square cake tin lined with parchment paper).
Allow to cool before slicing and top with date tahini drizzle.
