These delicious vegan protein brownies are made with kidney beans and topped with a rich ganache. perfect for a healthy and indulgent treat!
kidney beans
flour
vegan chocolate protein powder
cocoa powder
banana
almond milk
sweetener
soy skyr
maple syrup
cocoa powder (ganache)
Instructions
1. wash the beans well. 2. Puree the beans & banana with the almond milk in a smoothiemaker. 3. Combine all the ingredients. consistency should be thick & sticky. 4. Bake at 180*c (350*c) non-fan assisted for about 25min. 5. Let it cool down. 6. Combine all the ingredients for the ganache & place it on top. 7. For the best result store it in the fridge over night. 8. Enjoy!
