A vegan twist on the classic chinese dish, using king oyster mushrooms as a duck substitute. served with pancake wraps, cucumber, and spring onion.

Instructions
Shred the oyster mushrooms and coat with cornflour and dried spices. fry until crispy and set aside. fry minced garlic in sesame oil, then add soy sauce, water, and sugar. bring to a boil and stir in tahini. add the crispy mushroom 'duck' pieces and coat with the sauce. serve with pancake wraps, sliced cucumber, and spring onion.
