1. melt the butter and chocolate. 2. Mix the eggs and brown sugar for 10 minutes with an electric mixer or robot. (with thermomix, put the whisk and whisk 10min/speed 4, remove the whisk) 3. Add the chocolate and butter, mix. then add the flour and baking powder, mix. finally, add the chocolate chips, mix. 4. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. 5. On a baking sheet, place balls of dough using an ice cream scoop. space them out as they will spread during baking. on top, add your choice of topping (praline, pistachio powder, nuts, chocolate chips...) 6. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. 7. After removing from the oven, place pieces of chocolate and a few points of praline.
