Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 180°c. In a large bowl add your cooked sweet potato and smash it up until smooth. add in your peanut butter and coconut sugar and mix. add in your egg and milk and mix again. Add in your dry ingredients and fold to combine. lastly add in your chocolate chips and marshmallows and add to a lined 20x20 cm baking dish. Bake on 180°c for 33-35 minutes and enjoy!
