Instructions
1. preheat: oven to 160°c (fan). line a 20cm square baking tin. 2. Brownie batter: melt butter and chocolate over a bain marie. whisk eggs, sugars, and vanilla until frothy. mix in melted chocolate. fold in flour and salt. 3. Cream cheese batter: combine all ingredients until smooth. 4. Assemble: pour brownie batter into tin. dot cream cheese batter using a piping bag and swirl lightly. 5. Bake: 45-50 mins. cool, refrigerate, then cut.
