Instructions
1. mix all ingredients from part 1 and set aside. 2. Sauté the onion in some olive oil until translucent, then add the garlic towards the end and sauté briefly. 3. Purée the kidney beans with the broth and add them to the soaked soy granules along with the onions, mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes. 4. With slightly damp hands, form the frikadellen and fry them on medium heat in a non-stick pan with some oil on both sides. 5. Enjoy.
