Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan with blanched almond flour. melt the chocolate and butter together. in a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture. add the ground almonds, orange zest, and cointreau. pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake. once cooled, decorate with icing sugar.
