1. protein porridge with carob (ir): - mix 1 tablespoon of carob, 2 tablespoons of thawed cherries, 1/2 ripe banana (or 1 teaspoon of birch sugar), 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and 70ml of unsalted, oil-free plant milk. 2. Probio chocolate shake: - blend 1 tablespoon of raw cacao, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of freshly ground flaxseed, a small handful of microgreens basil, and 100ml of unsalted, oil-free plant milk. 3. Green nougat shake: - combine 1 handful of spinach, 1 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of carob, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 2 figs or 1/2 banana, and 100ml of plant milk.
