Instructions
1. in a bowl, mix onion, garlic, adobo, grated papel贸n, mustard, soy sauce, honey, white wine, orange juice, pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. 2. Add the mixture to the pork loin, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours. 3. Remove from the fridge and let it rest for 15 minutes to reach room temperature. 4. In a pot over medium-high heat, add oil and a little papel贸n, sear the pork loin on both sides, then return it to the tray, cover, and bake at 180掳c for 2 hours (baste the pork with its own sauce during baking to achieve glazing). 5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing, serve and enjoy.
