A spicy and delicious yogurt dip with turkish pepper flakes, pine nuts, and coriander. perfect for serving with tortilla chips.

1 - heat the oil in a small pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. test it with a little bit of spring onion. you want a bubble violently. 2 - chuck the pepper flakes, spring onions, pine nuts, garlic, coriander and a good pinch of salt into a heat proof bowl. pour over the oil and enjoy the sizzle. leave to infuse for 2 minutes. 3 - swirl the yogurt onto a plate and drizzle over the oil and all those lush toppings. serve immediately with tortilla chips.
