Indulge in these heavenly salted caramel bars with a chewy oat crust, gooey caramel layer, and rich chocolate topping. perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings!

1) crust: combine all ingredients in a food processor until mixture sticks together and oats have broken down. press down into lined loaf pan 2) caramel: soak dates in hot water 10mins, rinse and pat dry. blend together all ingredients until smooth, adding ~1tbsp warm water if needed to combine. spread overtop of crust. place in the freezer to firm. 3) once set, pour on melted chocolate in an even layer. freeze to harden. then top with flakey sea salt, slice and enjoy!
