Instructions
Add 1/2 stick of butter and 1 shallot to a pan and sauté for a few minutes. add in 60 grams of pancetta and cook down all together. add in a heaping squeeze of tomato paste. after about 5 mins, add in 4 ounces of vodka and cook for a few mins. add in 15 oz of crushed tomatoes-cook for 20 mins. finish with 2 tablespoons or so of heavy cream. cook for another 5 or so mins and then toss in your pasta.
