Instructions
For the chicken marination: 1. To a bowl, add chicken and the remaining ingredients required for the marination. 2. Mix till all the ingredients combine evenly and the chicken is coated well. 3. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes. For the masala: 1. Heat a pan, add the spices required for the masala and dry roast them till it turns aromatic. 2. Transfer it into a mixer jar and make a fine powder. 3. Keep it aside for further use.
