Instructions
1. add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth consistency (it should be slightly thinner than normal pancake batter, but not runny like water) 2. Set the stove to high heat and add some low cal cooking. allow the pan to sufficiently heat up first and then pour a small dollop (ice cream scoop size), and turn the heat to medium-low. 3. Let the pancake cook for 1-1.5 mins until you see bubbles popping on the top, then flip it over and cook for a further minute (no longer). repeat till the mixture is finished (keep the pan on medium-low, as it will stay hot) 4. Plate the pancakes up and add your favourite toppings. enjoy!
