Instructions
1. mash the banana. 2. Combine banana, oats, protein powder, egg, greek yoghurt, baking powder, and soy milk in a bowl. mix well and add more soy milk if necessary to thin the batter. 3. Fold in chocolate chunks. 4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. 5. Bake at 180c for 30 minutes.
