delicious chocolate chip cookies from @la.maisam

In a medium bowl combine the flour, cornflour, baking soda, and salt. Pour the melted butter into the mixing bowl. add in the sugars and mix well. Add the egg and vanilla mix until combined. now fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. stir in the chocolate chunks. Scoop the cookie dough into a tray. place them in the freezer for 15 mins. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 160c fan. line baking tray with parchment paper. Place the frozen cookie scoops on the tray make sure to leave plenty of space between each cookie to avoid them from sticking together. Bake for 10-13 minutes. the cookie should still be soft in the middle, enjoy!
