A delicious homemade harissa mayo perfect for sandwiches and potato wedges. easy to make and packed with flavor.

to taste
Instructions
1. chuck the oil, vinegar, egg and a small pinch of salt into a jug.
2. Blitz into a mayo with a stick blender.
3. Add the harissa and stir together.
4. This will last in the fridge for 3-4 days.
