Instructions
Soak urad dal for 6-8 hours and rice for 1 hour. blend urad dal, rice, maida, water, and food colour into a thick smooth paste. prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until single thread consistency. fry jalebi shapes in oil and dip in sugar syrup.
