Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 200°c (400°f). 2. Flatten the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness (about 1 cm). 3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Coat the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off the excess. 5. Then, dip them in the beaten eggs. 6. Finally, cover them with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere well. 7. Fry the chicken breasts (with little oil) over medium heat in the royal prestige®️ novel pan, for about 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. 8. In the oven, place the pan with the tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese and finally parmesan cheese to gratinate. 9. When ready, add the sauce and gratinated cheese on top of the chicken breast. 10. Serve with creamy spaghetti prepared by boiling it according to the package instructions. and when ready, mix the cream, salt, and pepper with a little pasta cooking water, let it sit for a few minutes and it's ready! 11. Place the parmesan chicken milanese on top of the pasta and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. enjoy!
