A delicious steak sandwich made with focaccia bread, rocket, onion rings, and romesco sauce. perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Instructions
1. grill your steak to the temp you like and let it rest before slicing. 2. on fresh bread (i donāt bother toasting it) if itās a day old then toast it. 3. lay on some romesco to both slices. 4. next add the sliced beef, rocket and onion rings. 5. top it and enjoy!
