Instructions
1. mix ground bison, goguchang, minced ginger, minced garlic, minced chives, and minced mushrooms in a bowl and shape into 4 patties. cook to desired done ness. 2. In a separate bowl, combine sesame oil, tahini, rice vinegar, grated garlic clove, citrus juice, zest, water, minced cilantro, and salt. whisk everything until evenly combined. will keep in the fridge for 1 week! 3. To serve burgers, use flat bread, arugula, and pickled carrots, onion, and fresno chills.
