Quick and easy puff pastries filled with a sweet, creamy, and chocolatey nutella marshmallow filling. perfect for a light and crisp treat.
ready roll puff pastry
egg
milk or water
double cream
icing sugar
nutella
mini marshmallows
icing sugar to dust
Instructions
1. roll out 1 sheet of ready roll puff pastry. 2. Apply egg wash made from 1 small egg + 1 tsp milk or water. 3. Whip 300ml cold double cream with 30g icing sugar. 4. Fold in 100g nutella and mini marshmallows. 5. Fill pastries with nutella marshmallow mixture. 6. Bake at 190c (170c fan) for 10 mins or until golden brown and puffed (may need slightly longer depending on your oven). 7. Optionally, dust with icing sugar. 8. Enjoy!
