no bake lamington cups from @hannahhclare

A delicious and easy no-bake dessert inspired by lamingtons, featuring chocolate, coconut, and berry jam. perfect for a quick and healthy treat!

Instructions
1. blend base ingredients and press into silicone moulds. put in the fridge to set. 2. In a bowl stir together coconut layer ingredients until smooth and pour on top of the bases. put in the freezer. 3. Once the coconut layer is set top with jam (i used my homemade raspberry chia jam). put back in freezer to set. 4. Top the cups with melted chocolate (i melted 50g for the 6 cups) 5. Leave in the fridge to set.
