A delicious and easy-to-make lemon butter kebab recipe using an air fryer. perfect for ramadan or any special occasion.

Instructions
1. chop 1 onion, 1 pepper, and 6-7 cloves of garlic. 2. Make a paste with the chopped ingredients. 3. Take 1 kg chicken keema (mince) and add the paste to it. 4. Add 1 tsp each of cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. 5. Add half a cup of chopped coriander and mix well. 6. Make kebabs and place them in the air fryer basket. 7. Cook the kebabs for 18 minutes at 180ºc using the chicken option in the proscenic t21 air fryer. 8. In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp soft butter, some dried parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp black pepper. 9. Brush the butter mixture on the hot kebabs and serve immediately.
