Instructions
1. blend 2 cups of cooked rice (400g), 3/4 eggs, 50ml water, 50g grated cheese, salt, and black pepper in a blender. 2. If you don't have a blender, use a mixer or mash everything with a potato masher. 3. Top with 1 large or 2 small chicken breasts, 1/2 onion, 2 stalks of green onion, tomato puree, and 150g mozzarella cheese.
