date syrup
cacao
almond or oat flour
chocolate chips or carob
Instructions
1. combine all of the ingredients besides chocolate chips in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a bowl and mix chocolate chips in. 3. Scoop out with a spoon and shape into cookies with the back of a spoon on a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake at 180°c (350°f) for 20 min or until ready.
