A creamy and decadent baked feta pasta with garlic, spinach, and lemon. the garlic mellows out and gets sweeter as it cooks, creating a delicious and flavorful dish.

Instructions
1. add garlic, feta, olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes to a baking dish. 2. Bake at 400f degrees for 30 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and lightly mash up the garlic and then stir the feta into it. 4. Add the spinach and pasta and lemon juice and stir. 5. Add a little pasta water (2-3 tbsp) to make the sauce creamier. 6. Plate and top with a drizzle of white balsamic glaze and fresh cracked pepper.
