Instructions
1. soak the bread slices in milk for about 30 minutes. meanwhile, mix the meat with the 2 eggs, 1 clove of garlic or less (to taste), a tablespoon of salt, pepper, and a little parsley. then mix in the soaked and drained bread. form the meatballs.
2. Brown the meatballs in oil.
3. Saut茅 the onion, garlic, zucchini, and tomato. once saut茅ed, add the paprika and tomato. reduce. add chicken broth and cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Add the meatballs and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. do not overcook, it is very important.
5. Serve with fried potatoes and padr贸n peppers.
