Instructions
1. preheat oven to 200°c 2. Cut three holes in the baguette and create wells 3. Drizzle olive oil in the wells and add mozzarella and basil 4. Crack an egg in each well, top with parmesan, salt, and pepper, and bake for 10-15 minutes 5. Top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, cut into individual pieces and enjoy!
