Instructions
1. prepare garlic mayo by placing all ingredients into a tall jar and blending with an immersion blender. 2. marinate squid rings in kiwi juice for 20 minutes. 3. mix flours, old bay seasoning, and salt. 4. heat oil to 170c. 5. dust squid in flour mixture and fry for 3-4 minutes. 6. season with salt and serve with garlic mayo.
