Instructions
Combine red miso, sugar, water, rice wine vinegar, and mirin in a saucepan. simmer for 5 minutes. marinate the cod in the sauce overnight. broil at 300° for 8 minutes, then broil for an additional 3-5 minutes. serve with microgreens.
