Instructions
1. blend the monkfish, prawns, and caramelized onion until you get a dough. 2. Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the beaten egg, the joy seasoning, and the breadcrumbs. mix everything well. 3. Make small balls, coat with flour, and fry them. set aside on a plate with absorbent paper. 4. For the sauce, sauté the onion, add chopped parsley, a little white wine, the vegetable broth, and the cornstarch. 5. Add the meatballs to the saucepan, let them simmer for 10 minutes, and they are ready!
