chocolate peanut butter bars from @johngs

A delicious and easy 4-ingredient recipe for chocolate peanut butter bars. made with medjool dates, peanut butter, dark chocolate, and sea salt.

Instructions
1 - line a little baking tin. i use a tiny 6x9 inch tray. chuck the dates into a blender and blend for a few minutes until you have a smooth ball. wet your hands and spread the dates out into an even layer over the bottom of the tin. 2 - spread the peanut butter over the dates and smooth out evenly. pop into a freezer for 2 hours or overnight to set. 3 - once set, lift the frozen date base out of the tin by pulling the baking paper and place onto a chopping board. cut into 20 little bars and then return to the freezer whilst you melt the chocolate. 4 - melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. dip the bars into the chocolate, making sure they get completely coated. place onto baking paper and sprinkle over a little sea salt before the chocolate sets. place into the fridge to firm up for 10 minutes and then serve
