Instructions
1. mix butter, scallions, and salt into warm rice. 2. preheat a pan over medium high and add your olive oil and egg; fry until white is cooked but yolk is still runny (~2 min); right before taking the egg off the pan drizzle with soy around the white. 3. serve egg over rice, top with chili oil and enjoy!
