Instructions
1. cook 500g chicken breast.
2. Chop 1 onion, 200g mushrooms, and 2 garlic cloves.
3. Combine onion, mushrooms, garlic, 1 tbsp thyme, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, salt to taste, and 1/2 tsp pepper.
4. Cook the mixture until it forms a thick gravy.
5. Pour the gravy over the cooked chicken and serve.
