Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 375°f. in a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. grease a baking tray then place the brioche slices down. spread the garlic butter mixture over the top side of each slice of toast.
2. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese then bake on the middle rack for about 10-12 minutes or until the bottom of the toast is crispy and the cheese has melted. turn on the broiler and broil for a few minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly. keep in mind different broilers are more powerful than others so keep an eye on it! enjoy while hot.
