Instructions
1. make brownie batter by mixing together melted butter, sugar and salt.
2. Then add eggs and vanilla paste, and mix well.
3. Sieve in flour, cocoa powder and then add choco chips, mix well and set aside.
4. Make basque cheesecake batter. mix cream cheese to loosen.
5. Add in eggs in 3 parts and mix well.
6. Add in sugar and mix.
7. Then add in double cream and mix well.
8. Sieve in the flour and mix until batter slightly thickens.
9. In a lined 8inch circle tin, pour brownie batter first and spread out evenly. then pour in basque cheesecake batter and spread out evenly.
10. Bake at 200°c for 35mins, then at 220°c for 7mins.
11. Let the brownie basque cheesecake cool in the tin, then cover and refrigerate overnight still in the tin. enjoy the next day.
