A delicious combination of biscoff spread and chocolate chips in a soft and gooey cookie dough bar. perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.
unsalted butter
light brown sugar
granulated sugar
large eggs
vanilla extract
plain flour
bicarbonate of soda
dark or milk chocolate chips
white chocolate chips

1. preheat oven to 160c (fan). 2. In a large bowl, cream together 225g softened unsalted butter, 150g light brown sugar, and 75g granulated sugar. 3. Add 2 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract, mixing well. 4. Stir in 270g plain flour, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, and 1 tsp salt. 5. Fold in 200g dark or milk chocolate chips and 100g white chocolate chips. 6. Pour the mixture into an 8x10” tin. 7. Drizzle 100g melted biscoff spread over the top. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until there’s only a slight wobble in the middle. 9. Allow to cool fully in the tin. refrigerate for a firmer cut.
