1. in a bowl, mix 400ml cold double cream with 50g icing sugar. 2. In an 11x7 inch dish, layer 31 crunchy chocolate chip cookies, whole. 3. Drizzle 120g melted nutella over the cookies. 4. Drizzle 120g melted biscoff spread over the nutella. 5. Sprinkle 2 finely crushed cookies on top. 6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow cookies to soften and flavors to meld.
