biscoff overnight oats with dark chocolate shell from @mindfully.jess
A delicious and easy overnight oats recipe with a biscoff cream layer and a dark chocolate shell. perfect for a minimum effort, maximum reward breakfast.
thick greek yoghurt
1. mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 heaping tbsp thick greek yoghurt. leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. 2. Mix together 1 heaping tbsp thick greek yoghurt and 1 tbsp biscoff spread. spread over the top of the overnight oats. 3. Melt 15g dark chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil. pour over the biscoff cream layer, taking care not to pour too thickly.
