A zesty avocado chickpea salad with feta cheese, sumac, and a lemony dressing. perfect as a simple side dish or paired with baked salmon.

1. slice the avocados and add them to a salad bowl 2. Add in the rinsed chickpeas, sliced onion, feta cheese and chopped cilantro 3. Generously drizzle with olive oil and pour the lemon juice over the top. season with the sumac and salt & pepper to taste, and the crushed garlic if using 4. Toss everything together and adjust seasoning if needed
